Edge of Tomorrow Reviews

The only few reasons why do I insist my own self to watch the film is because its sort of sci-fi film in genre, it features aliens and the word ‘tomorrow’ in its tittle indicates clearly that the movie is set to be in once upon a time in the future. And also importantly, Emily Blunt’s portrayal on the film becomes the most interesting part that drags me to the one and only cinema in my neighborhood and to go see it following the curiosity of how the girly Mrs.Priestly’s first assistant’s performance from the glamorous runway high fashion life to the dangerous war zone against aliens with gun shots. Pretty different in every aspects right! Simply, i just too missing to see Emily, esp her British accent. That's the trivia part of why do i rebel myself to take no matter how much money left in my current occupied wallet to go to cinema in quite late hours and succeed to make it.

That bunch of words about was the intro i wrote just one night before i really went to see the movie, and now i really do. So, its still fresh from the studio and i will try to extract what i saw on the screen, what's the interesting part and how was the movie as i have watched it. Because if i failed on writing things i saw, i would be killed and get back to the first i enter the studio. Hahaha, kidding! Alright, i never really often writing a review about the movie i have just already seen, so if you haven't watched it yet i warn you to be cautioned! spoliers ahead.

Things That Made Me So Happy The Most

Seeing Emily Blunt! really, since the first i knew this film it was her, playing a supporting role in the film which is clearly out of everything i first saw her in TDWP (The Devil Wears Dolce, Prada I mean!) I was curious to death! Now its just paid off, and I'm really happy seeing her and I love every scene of her and ultimately I love her accent for god's sake! But there's no part of nags like "What took you so long?! I have to pee!" or "Stop fidgeting!".

Random Reviews

• The film's time looping story is 101% Source Code had ever done. Or maybe Levit's Looper, mmm not so similar i think, knowing i didn't really get that film, really. But in case you haven't seen both Source Code or Looper or you never even ever heard them, that's fine guys.
• The villain is Aliens
• The film is pretty clean for a hollywood blockbuster, there is only a single kiss scene in the film, Cruise and Emily. Not Emily and alien!
• The film centers on how Tom Cruise is sent to an alien combat without really clear explanation on why does He becomes the field officer.
• Tom Cruise is affected by some kind of Alien's blood, and its not just an alien. It has the power to turn his past time back as soon as he died. And Emily had ever been in that circumstances before.
• The film is quite entertaining, good action sequences, good visual effects just like the other alien invasion themed film made by hollywood, say it Battle: Los Angeles. That's sort of it. Except for the loop.
• The film took place in completely European territories, so there will be no part where Liberty Statue is cut off on its head, or hollowed Empire State Building or White House under alien invasion. That ain't exist.
• Oh wait, one scene that may be categorized as explicit was, there is this fat guy in brief inside a skeleton robot suit. Despite its more like entertaining than teasing.
• Last word, the film is worth to watch.

Thats all a little bit about the films that i can write. I'm sorry i am such a terrible film reviewer, so to get the complete entertaining story just ask for friend or some of to watch it in cinema, or you can do it alone just like i did. Haha, *curhat colongan detected*.

Movieholic Tasikmalaya For Moviefreak In Tasikmalaya Surroundings

Setelah postingan terakhir sebelum ini gue nginformasiin soal forum blogger, nah sekarang gue juga mau kasih info masih seputaran forum/komunitas tapi yang ini skalanya lokal-regional untuk tasik dan sekitarnya dan forum nya sendiri konsentrasinya seputar film. Yes! gue banget itu. Namanya Movie Holic Tasikmalaya. So, let's now dig it deeper into what i know so far and what to do about it.

At first i knew about this blog was actually quite days or weeks ago, i forgot how did i find that but in a sudden soon as i know there is that sort of group or community or forum hear, somewhere in the city which is quite close to me it was so good, i feel like i really wanted to join and be a part of the forum. 

The group name is Movie Holic Tasikmalaya or simply they call theirselves as M.H.T, This was first created a few days after the opening of the one and only (so far) local cinema 21. As i check out myself about how this forum/community work, it has already a structural system of how to run the organization, how to hire or to get members, they already has tens of merchant partner. And uniquely, if you officially register to become a member, you would get a member card and it can gets you quite a lot of benefits, including 10-15% off in every registered merchants. And the merchants itself, it comes from lots of places to hangout, like cafe, street foods, photo studio and some other places. That's pretty cool, i think.

And now the question is, have i already joined the group? haha yet to no! I don't know there's just too many things myself have to (even its not the things that i really have to think first) consider. Just like the last forum i talked about, same cases, too many doubts and need many guts. haha. And even worse, the official twitter as the first i knew the group i haven't even followed it yet, but i will do someday, sometime in the very near future. May be right after i released this article. I'll everyone keep posted about what i will do next. Maybe i will join and the next post will be about a stories i spend with them on a movie holic meet ups. Wow, pretty ambitious! haha.

Days of Future Past, GOSH! Lets Talk About That!

I don't fvckin' know what to write first? what word i have to write firsthand or what expression i have show in the first line. I just have to make things clear here, the earlier post i published few times ago that i gave it a title 'X-Men Days of Future Past Will Be The Best X-Men movie so far' ya, but it was in past just before i even saw the film. And the thing i want to say after i watched it will not be so far different. It sounds 'X-Men is and will always the best movie ever and forever!' Seriously man! I just realize that I'm a total diehard fan of the mutants thing, i'm really devoting to them and i just really do. Right after i finished watching it (UNTIL THE END, REALLY END! I MEAN UNTIL THE THEATHRE'S SCREEN TURNED COMPLETELY BLACK) i feel like i was flowing back to the past, not to stop Raven gun firing Mr. Trask of course but to the moments where i got so excited about x-men things. The moment i saw x-men film in mylife, then moments after i finished watching it, and the furthur moments when i saw every x-men films, the first six films before this boom dofp!. It was started with 2000's X-Men that i first watched probably 2/3 years later through television, when i didn't really care about every details of film that all i saw is just the mutant with their powers looked so damn cool and right after it ended i was like 'i wanna have that mutant power' and that moment was totally affecting me. Continue with the next films, X2, The Last Stand and the other. There was always part of every film that will left my face so ghoosbump, that when i watched it i was so moving, the part which was really took me into it. Like in the TLS, when Prof. X was out to be annihilated after a mind battle with Jean Grey then Wolverine was there on his knees crying for it while Strom came and grab him in the back. That was one of the really moment i feel like i was really into the film that i feel the same emotions of every part of it. That and some other thing kind of that suddenly appears in my mind following the end of the Days of Future Past. Just i have to confess that X-Men is really is the movie that i favorite it so lots.

Okay, firstly lets give a big applause and standing while doing it for the sublime Mr. Bryan Singer for making every detail stories that Mr. Simon Kimberg wrote come alive to a 2 hours and 10 minutes AHMAZZINGG picture! To the casts from the ridiculous Quciksilver to the oscar winner JLaw and from the Film's key person Miss. Page to the other oscar winner Halley Berry and everyone in between.

Finally! dang i just feel so damn fired up, it finally lands in tasik's cinema and i watched it in the first night it was showed. Great! Every waiting, every excitment, and every update searching is all now paid off. I watched it and i can sleep without worrying people would watched it first but i haven't. Thank god!

My Random and Bare Reviews :

• The center of the film is of course the blue lady, Mystique.
• The key people must be kitty pryde and Wolverine. And quicksliver with his phenomenal acrobatic during Magneto's escapee.
• Quicksilver is a ture entertaining scene.
• The set for the future battle is in china, somewhere near the Great Wall. So, Blink is reasonably to be there.
• When bryan singer told that this movie would be darker, indeed it is. But i don't know is it Strom? but the future atmosphere is really thrilling, the sky is so dark and spooky.
• Future sentinel is really damn creepy, isnt it?
• The Old Prof. X can't do anything, but his self to self conversation is helping the better future.
• The film's properties are definitely bigger and super, as in the X-Men it was only involving The Liberty Statue and it's torch, the X2 featured Alkali lake, The Last Stand was at Alcatraz as well as Golden Gate's carrying by magneto, The First Class with it's Cuba's confrontation and magneto's attempt to magnetize the submarine and the DoPF is much greater, say it Newyork's darkest age, Empire State Building's hallow and the dashing flying stadium.
• Shocking moment, JFK is a mutant kind.
• Storm did it so damn cool, her eyes, her white hair, her thunderbolt. Love it!
• Remember when group of sentinel aircraft carriers come towards, Storm make it so stormy. And when magneto victimizes the jet then storm's lightning lights stright that out and duaahhhhrr, blow most of the shit sentinels up. That part is remarkably flawless! That mutant rare combination between Storm and Magneto is awesomely awestruck! things we could never see in the first three films.
• This film really shows how in the end every mutants alive are there to fight side by side. Cool!
• In the future last defense battle, when sentinels extinguish one by one the mutant survivors, damn terrifying! Storm got stabbed? :'( and then Sunspot, Warphat, Bishop, Magneto and Blink in the end that was really dramatic and terrific. Its really the most killing moment.

Things That I Thought I Would See But It Wasn't

A dreadful battle between the mutant survivors and the sentinels in the downtown Manhatton, I thought it was gonna happened because as the second trailer clip i saw a very dark and destroyed Newyork.

Continuity Issue and The Film's Effect To The Existence Films

People are wondering how could Magneto's power be restored and the return of Professor X as in the end of The Last Stand Professor X is annihilated following the telepathic fight with Jean and in the end magneto was injected with the anti mutan serum are being noisy deliberated. But for myself, indeed it takes a little bit time to think like "oh wait!" in the mid credit scene on The Wolverine when Prof. X showed up. But i just don't really care about it, some people say that when Prof. X was about to be blown away into ashes He teleported his mind, or his inside live or i don't surely know what to somebody's life, to somebody's mind. And in the post credit scene of The Last Stand, Prof. X's voice was heard inside a hospitalized patient.

So this DoFP is indirectly killing the previous sequel by resetting X-Men, X2, X-Men The Last Stand and The Wolverine so it can't be sured they were all happened or never even been exist instead. Execpt for the First Class, and X-Men Origin Wolverine as i saw near the end when William Stryker fishs Logan from the drowning and take him from there. Despite it was actually part of the film which is against to what we really saw at X-Men OW that He (Logan) met Stryker somewhere in a period where Stryker is not that young or wait, the DoFP is putting Logan and Stryker's encounter earlier so sometime in the near future Logan will be eventually adamantium infiltrated or anything i don't know. But dofp's Stryaker appearance makes him has so far 3 times to be appeared in the x-men film by three different actors.

Idiot Thoughts

• Old magneto must be so desperate, if only sentinels are metal based creature he surely the king far above the robot.
• Imagine if jean grey were there in the future battle? you know what will happen.
• If cyclops were there, i think he will also be the one that can hold the sentinels quite hard.

Just see you next year for Age of Ultron, and Guardian of The Galaxy will fine too. And of course 2 years from now for the Apocalypse.

Blogger Energy For Personal Blogger Community

I have a recommendation for all the readers who want to be in the middle of the people with the same interest, as a blogger. Its called 'Blogger Energy' a forum spesifically intented for personal blogger. When i say personal, it means really personal. So if you're just kind of blogger type for fun without having intention and foundation of what are you writing about please, stay away from that forum and from this post as well.

The story which led me into the forum is actually reffered from someone's blog and as well as the forum memeber of which i found the blog from google, so the story is actually started from google. After i did a little bit research about the forum itself, i can say that its quite a good and fun community. The membership of the forum is highly qualified by few rules and qualification including your blog must be a personal type of blog, remember! must be. And for the registration, its free i think but you have to fill the form and create a posting about 'Personal Blogger Greeting' then you insert it into the form then you submit the registration. The BE team will overview your blog and if they think its fine you will be accepted but only on date of 9th every month.

If you're then accepted, there seem to be lots of thing you can do. And one of the most interesting thing is that the blog has its own kopdar agenda, but regionally. So, you may find another blogger near your neighborhood and if there's a kopdar schedule you can join. You can also meet with ohter blogger throughout indonesia and i can say that some of them (whom their blog i already gave a visit) are such a good writer.

Me myself was first intersted in joining the group, but since i found that i'm just type of 'blogger' i mean i don't think i'm qualified enough to be in that forum, espcially i'm not a very good writer, i don't post poets, novel, stories, fiction or any other literature work at least here in my blog. So i decided to put my registration on hold though i have already made my 'Personal Blogger Greeting' article. Haha i'm too afraid. But hey, if you think you want to join please do. Kisah Blog Yang Tersesat Di Kuburan

Kali ini saya pengen curhat, tapi bentar! Mau tanya dulu, menurut kalian pembaca blog saya (kalau ada) enak nya itu kalo posting pake bahasa indo penyebutan kata ganti orang nya lo-gue atau saya-kamu-kalian? bingung juga gue, sempet kepikiran hal itu, tapi whatever lah ini kan blog gue, blog saya. haha nevermind!

Alright, tadi kan saya bilang kali ini mau curhat, yap udah lama sejak terakhir posting tentang isi hati, unek - unek ya meski disini di blog saya cuma curhat sekedar hal yang sepele karena emang ini blog tidak dikhususkan untuk sharing isi hati saya, tapi kali ini curhatannya berkaitan dengan blog ini, blog gue tercinta yang mati - matian gue berusaha pertahanin eksistensinya di jagad perbloggan. Jadi gini readers, beberapa saat yang lalu (hari ini tepatnya) saya baca - baca beberapa blog orang, awalnya si gak sengaja muncul di hasil penelusuran google, pas gue buka terus baca postingan nya gue mendadak diem termenung bisu gitu. Alesannya, itu blog orang nya rame banget, banyak komen, pokoknya kalo dibandingin sama blog gue ini ramenya jauh beda banget. Beda nya itu ibarat muka readers sekalian sama telapak kaki reader sekalian, beda kan? haha, intinya kalo di bandingin itu blog mereka rame kaya di trans studio bandung sementara blog gue sunyi, senyap layaknya kuburan. Tragis! Jujur, gue sempet rada envy gitu lah. Malah yang bikin gue makin deep in thought itu, orang - orang para blogger di luar sana pada punya komunitas gitu. Seru kan? sampe ada acara kopi darat segala dengan sesama blogger. 

Gue sendiri sebenernya emang beberapa saat yang lalu sempet ada kepikiran buat join forum blogger, biar seengga nya gue tau kalo gue itu gak ngomong sendiri disni, biar tau ada orang yang dateng meski lewat, apalagi baca tulisan gue. Ya meski cuma tulisan coret - coret cakar hayam tapi juga kan da ada manfaatnya, insalloh. Tapi, ah apa atu da aku mah orang nya suka rada susah, bukan rada tapi sangat susah buat ngemulai sesuatu. Apalagi tentang urusan berinteraksi dengan orang baru, disini di dunia maya aja gue masih aja suka punya perasaan malu gitu. Tapi gue yakin si, ada beberapa orang yang mungkin suka nyempetin dateng kesini, buat sekedar lewat gitu atau mungkin yang tersesat lewat jalan google bisa juga. Karena visitor counter gue juga suka ada peningkatan ya meski cuma tiga atau empat sehari. Ga apa apa saya ikhlas. Mungkin nanti, dalam waktu dekat, saya akan cari komunitas blogger, syukur - syukur yang deket di sekitar rumah saya biar bisa ngerasain juga yang namanya kofi daratan . haha

Oke, sekian curhatannya, termikasih yang sudah datang dan liat - liat. Kalo misal ada yang tau ada komunitas blogger di sekitar tasik atau dimanapun, ajakin saya yah :D

Days of Future Past Will Be The Best X-Men Movie So Far

If you guys ask me about what is the most exciting thing in May? I'm gonna give you fast answer and i will say loudly "Days of Future Past" the seventh film in X-Men film series which is the sequel from both X-Men The Last Stand and X-Men First Class. If you then ask me, why is that? its because there are so many reason that support my answer, yes! so many. From the cast itself which star the best ensemble cast so far, just imagine the cast from the first three X-Men film meets their younger selves from The First Class prequel, which is totally blowing me up. To the fact that X-Men movies is and will always be my most favorite superhero film as well as in general.

In this few days before it officially out in theater, honestly the closer the more exciting i feel about this film, every day i try to always be in touch with its updates and news to just make sure that I don't miss any single thing about this film. And yesterday I read from an online news, comicbook.com told me as Twentieth Century Fox held early press screening for the film and they reported that early twitter reviews are overwhelmingly positive. The guest gave the film praise it can be indicated that the film will be the best X-Men movie so far. Here are some guests' tweet which mostly gave the film a very positive reviews.

Review: A Sky Full of Stars from Coldplay's Ghost Stories

Who's here among all of you, my readers is a Coldplay diehard fan? because I'm one of the kind. The best thing about Coldplay, for me is because they don't sound like the other and there's no other sounds like coldplay. Chris Martin's is just the soul of every coldplay's song. Basically, they are my most fave artist who always bring a song into lyrically, musically and visually perfectly blended.

One of the biggest buzz of the group's discography is their upcoming eight studio album which is scheduled for May 19th release. And to tease us, promotional singles are released earlier like one of them, the latest one. Its entitled "A Sky Full of Stars", set as the third promotional single form the album Ghost Stories.

Whats makes it so special that I have to make a headline and post it alone in my blog? If you have just already listened to the song you'll know the answer, yes! because this A Sky Full of Stars song is totally freaking me out as at first I listened to it, it completely takes me into some space where coldplay's song is playing but in such a different color and atmosphere. Firstly, i was so ghosebumps that it doesn't sound like any other previous coldplay track on any of their earlier album, really this song is just groundbreaking. This song has lots of EDM entries on its musical arrangement, thats the shocking thing. That dance-y theme on this song is really fresh, one of the best and their musics we previously know as they are so strong with alternative rock is now colored with zeddish or guettaish sounds. I love this song, brilliant!.

After did a little bit research, wiki told me that the EDMics behind this track was coming form one of the world's brilliant and talented people in edm music, Avicii. He served as the producer of the song along with coldplay themselves and Pual Epworth, the man behind some Adele's hits.

Cinema In April 2014

Rasanya udah lama banget sejak terakhir gue ngeupdate cinema tag, lagian emang gak nonton ke biokop juga, dan ini adalah postingan petama sekaligus nonton pertama di tahun 2014, yap di bulan April. Maklum la ya, mahasiswa belum bisa bikin duit sendiri, noton pun harus pilih - pilih baik itu dengan siapa, waktu nya, film nya apa dan kondisi dalam dompet nya begimana . ahhaha perih dah.

Film pertama yang gue tonton di 2014 ini adalah The Raid 2 : Berandal. Berhubung gue yang pertama nonton, pas sequel kedua nya rilis gue penasaran juga. Dan ternyata emang cukup memuaskan, mengibur dan gak nyesel gue waktu itu nonton nya sore mana ujan gede pula tapi semuanya berkahir indah. Film nya untuk ukuran film lokal meskipun directornya orang wales, tapi bener bener bagus dan luar biasa. Aksi laga dan kejar - kejaran di jalanan Jakarta nya udah bawa taste hollywood ke tanah air. Meskipu, gue sejujurnya agak kurang masuk dalam karakter - karakter nya, terutama siapa siapa dan nama - namanya, lupa gitu lah nama karakternya jadi kadang harus mikir dulu. But overall gue kasih 4/5 stars for this film.

Introducing: Josh Record

Halo guys, today I'm gonna bring the music stuff to my first post in May. 

Buat para readers semua yang suka dengan genre musik alternative/acoustic rock kalian mesti tahu, Josh Record. Seorang british, yang belum cukup lama berada di ranah musik dunia terutama di daratan UK ini wajib kalian denger musiknya. Penyayi dengan rambut plontos nya ini memiliki daya kreasi dan imaginasi yang maha sublime, baik itu lagu dengan lirik nya yang bagus dan music video dengan tampilan visual yang memukau.

Pertama gue tahu Josh Record adalah gak sengaja, secara random gue lagi cari - cari musik dengan orang dan nuansa baru via idws, gue waktu itu download single nya yang berjudul Wonder, alasannya karena waktu itu gue tertarik dengan album art nya yang simple dan bikin gue pengen download. Itu pun gue gak langsung suka dengan musik nya, petama denger ngerasa aneh. Baru beberapa waktu ini gue gak sengaja puter tu lagu di playlist dan setelah beberapa kali didingerin ternyata enak juga, apalagi setelah liat lirik nya yang brilliant gue jadi makin tertarik buat cari tau lebih tentang ni orang, maklum ya menurut gue lagu dengan lirik yang dalam dan dengan penggunaan ungkapan - ungkapan puitis itu maha indah pokoknya. Selain itu, hal lain yang bikin gue jatuh cinta dengan musik nya adalah, british accent yang tidak lepas dari pengucapan dalam beberapa bagian lagu nya, dan itu keren abis! mirip kaya Sia Furler. Bones dan This War adalah lagu berikutnya yang gue coba buat dengerin, hasil dari pencarian youtube, dua video klip nya keren abis dan musik nya pun juga gak kalah keren. Apalagi Bones, tu lagu kayaknya udah bakalan masuk deretan "My Perfect Songs" sejajar dengan Apologize nya OneRep! musically, lyrically and visually amazing! love Bones!
